Welcome — Your Voice, Your Safety, Your Future

Welcome

Welcome to Every Child Matters: Your Voice, Your Safety, Your Future. Your dignity is not something another person can take away. This course teaches sexual assault awareness, practical support, and choices after harm. You never have to share a personal story to learn here. We will use fictional examples, and you can pause or skip a reflection. Courage can be quiet: asking a question, reaching a safer place, or choosing one person to help. Freezing, waiting to tell someone, or missing a warning sign does not make an assault your fault. The person who caused the harm is responsible. This teen edition is for ages twelve through seventeen. We will talk about school, friendships, dating, online contact, and safe adults, including what to do when someone at home is unsafe. Adults may have reporting duties, and you can ask them to explain those limits. Help is available before you finish a single lesson. Open Get Help Now at any time. This is education and support, not an investigation, emergency service, or treatment program. Your voice matters, and your next step can be your own.

Take a break whenever you need. Use fictional answers only. The teen and college/adult editions are separate learning spaces. Knowledge checks test facts, not personal experiences.
