ECM | Anger Management & Emotional Regulation
ECM Anger Management & Emotional Regulation is a structured, youth-centered course designed to help students understand their emotions, recognize anger triggers, and develop healthy coping and self-control skills. This course teaches practical strategies to reduce impulsive reactions, improve decision-making, and prevent behaviors that lead to school discipline, court involvement, or damaged relationships.
Anger is not the problem — uncontrolled anger is.
