Meet Coach Eddie Ray Jackson
Founder and Program Director
Lead Instructor, Youth Coach, and Community Mentor
Eddie Ray Jackson is the Founder and Program Director of Every Child Matters, a structured, non-clinical Youth and Adult Life Skills and Accountability Program serving families, schools, courts, and community partners. He began coaching young people in 1991 and founded RADL Track Club in 1995. For more than three decades, Coach Jackson has helped hundreds of children develop discipline, confidence, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and a stronger belief in their future.
A preacher, spiritual leader, motivational speaker, and community mentor, he created ECM from both professional experience and deeply personal conviction. His mission is to reach young people before one poor decision changes the direction of their lives.
Through practical lessons, emotional check-ins, assignments, reflection, assessment, mentorship, progress tracking, and documented completion, Coach Jackson helps participants build safer decision-making, accountability, resilience, communication, and real-life skills. He believes a child’s past does not define their future and that every child can grow when given structure, encouragement, accountability, and the right tools.
