ECM | Employment Readiness & Workforce Skills is a structured, skills-based course designed to prepare youth for the expectations and responsibilities of the workplace.
This program goes beyond resumes. It teaches students how to think like employees, act professionally, and build habits that lead to long-term success. Youth learn that a job is more than a paycheck—it is a pathway to independence, confidence, and opportunity.
The course focuses on real-world situations students will face at work: showing up on time, following directions, handling feedback, communicating with supervisors, resolving conflict, and staying focused under pressure.
