This 12-hour ECM course is a structured educational and accountability program addressing alcohol-impaired driving, drug- and medication-related impairment, decision-making, victim impact, legal and financial consequences, triggers, peer pressure, relapse prevention, and reliable sober transportation planning.
Students complete twelve instructional modules, written skill practice, reflection assignments, knowledge checks, an accountability contract, and a comprehensive final assessment. The course is designed to move the learner beyond knowing the rule toward building a plan that prevents another dangerous decision.
Course principles are informed by the NHTSA drunk-driving resources, NHTSA drug-impaired-driving guidance, and applicable state and local law.
This is a nationally framed traffic-safety education course. Driver licensing, court, insurance, diversion, point-reduction, and reinstatement rules vary by state and locality. Enrollment or completion does not guarantee acceptance by a court, motor-vehicle agency, probation office, employer, or insurer.
