Big Skills for Growing Leaders

ECM Junior Life Skills Academy is a structured 12-week learning experience for children ages 8–12. It helps young learners understand their feelings, slow down before reacting, make responsible choices, communicate respectfully, solve problems peacefully, and grow into confident leaders.

The language is clear, encouraging, and age-appropriate. Every weekly module follows the trusted Every Child Matters learning sequence:
