Description
ECM | Emotions, Identity & Decision-Making is a structured, youth-centered course designed to help students understand themselves and the choices they make every day.
This program teaches that behavior begins with emotion, emotion is shaped by identity, and identity influences every decision. Students learn how feelings affect actions, how self-image guides behavior, and how every choice moves them either closer to or farther from the future they want.
Rather than focusing on punishment or labels, this course builds awareness, self-control, and purpose. Youth learn how to pause, reflect, and choose intentionally—especially in moments of pressure, anger, fear, or influence from others.
