See what you can earn
Complete the full enrolled course and its required learning activities, assessments, and instructor-reviewed work to receive your personalized certificate of completion. This preview shows the certificate design; trying the sample does not issue a completion certificate.
Your issued certificate will display your name, completion date, and verification code. Certificates recognize educational completion; acceptance by a court, employer, or other organization is determined by that organization.
Your future deserves preparation.
Try Safe Stop before you buy. This free sample gives teens ages 12–18 and their families a practical first experience of ECM’s teaching: think through a realistic situation, rehearse a response, and check what you learned.
Allow about 15–20 minutes. Choose Enroll course to start free; the site may ask you to create or sign in to an account. No payment is required for this sample. All sample activities are available immediately. Skill practice and the knowledge check each use four answer choices with one correct answer per question and are graded automatically at 70% to pass. The emotional check-in and reflection earn completion credit when you mark them complete; personal responses stay private. No instructor review or payment is needed to finish this sample.
What you will practice
- Explaining where a document is before reaching for it.
- Recognizing fear without letting a friend’s pressure rush your response.
- Asking for clarification and identifying a trusted adult for support.
This is a fictional learning exercise. It does not provide legal advice, replace the full course, award its certificate, or automatically enroll you in a paid program. Skills may reduce risk but cannot guarantee safety or prevent arrest. Officers remain responsible for their conduct.
